
Haykuhi Safaryan
Haykuhi Safaryan is a young and enthusiastic professional from Armenia with a multidisciplinary background. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a focus on technology and applied mathematics, and a Master’s degree in Human Rights and Social Justice—both from the American University of Armenia.
Although her academic path began in tech, she gradually transitioned into the field of human rights, driven by a deep interest in justice reforms, public administration, and international relations. She has expertise in working on EU-funded projects, and her experience includes internships with the Office of the Representative of Armenia before the European Court of Human Rights and the Human Rights Defender’s Office. She is fluent in Armenian, English, and Russian, and is passionate about the impact of public policy on democratic development.
